- Who takes up a seat?
A clinician who writes notes. Front-desk, billing and admin staff, and aides who only read notes, use LumiDesk with their own logins and their own permissions, and they cost nothing. See how roles work.
- Is there anything else to pay?
No base fee, no setup fee, and no per-feature pricing. The seat is the whole bill.

- What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
The rate, and nothing else. A yearly seat is $550, which is 10 months of the $55 monthly rate, so a year costs 2 months less. Both terms are the same LumiDesk.
- Does LumiDesk bill insurance?
LumiDesk is built for clinics that are paid by their patients. It doesn't bill insurers: no claims, eligibility checks or remittances. When a patient wants to be reimbursed, you hand them a superbill to submit to their own insurer, printed from the visit. More on how a cash clinic runs on LumiDesk.
- Where does my clinic's data live?
