WebPT pricing

WebPT does not publish a price. Its pricing page names three plans, Starter, Enhanced and Ultimate, and lists what is in each one, with no figure against any of them and no figure for any add-on. What the page does publish is how a price is arrived at: by quote, in one of two billing bases.

Pricing is based on your selected plan and any customization you may need, based on your practice's unique needs. You can set pricing up as per provider per month or per visit.
WebPT, www.webpt.com/pricing, accessed September 21, 2026

So there is no WebPT number on this page. There is no estimate either, and nothing from a review site or a directory. What follows is what WebPT itself publishes about its plans and its contract, alongside what LumiDesk costs, which is $55 per clinician seat per month or $550 per seat per year.

Every fact and quotation below was read on WebPT’s own site on September 21, 2026. This page is written by LumiDesk, which sells competing software, so it quotes WebPT’s own words and links each one back to the page it came from.

WebPT’s pricing in full

WebPT does not publish a price for any plan. Its pricing page carries plan names and feature lists, and no figures. www.webpt.com/pricing, September 21, 2026

WebPT does not publish an annual price, or an annual plan, in either billing basis. www.webpt.com/pricing, September 21, 2026

The three plans, and who WebPT says each is for, in WebPT’s own words:

Start-ups and smaller practices focused on cash-pay services and minimal overhead
WebPT, www.webpt.com/pricing, accessed September 21, 2026
Growing practices that take insurance and need billing software
WebPT, www.webpt.com/pricing, accessed September 21, 2026
Larger practices looking for greater customization, billing automation, and advanced reporting to optimize their performance
WebPT, www.webpt.com/pricing, accessed September 21, 2026

Starter is the cash-pay plan, and WebPT describes it as the EMR with the front office and clinical tools around it:

The WebPT EMR with the marketing, front office, and clinical tools you need to efficiently run your practice.

What a cash-based clinic gets on Starter

Add-ons

WebPT does not publish a price for any individual add-on, and its pricing page does not list which add-ons can be bought. www.webpt.com/pricing, September 21, 2026

A plan composes upward. WebPT’s own words on changing one:

You can customize the Starter, Enhanced, and Ultimate plans listed above with add-on solutions. However, you cannot remove solutions from your plan.
WebPT, www.webpt.com/pricing, accessed September 21, 2026

The AI line

WebPT's Rehab AI line names an AI Voice-To-Text Scribe, Smart Note Templates, On-Demand CPT Coding Guidance and an AI Chatbot. No price, and no plan, is published for any of them. www.webpt.com/rehab-ai, September 21, 2026

WebPT publishes an AI Voice-To-Text Scribe but does not publish its price or which plan includes it. www.webpt.com/rehab-ai, September 21, 2026

WebPT has an AI scribe. What it does not publish is what the scribe costs or which plan it comes in, so a clinic comparing scribes on price has nothing from WebPT to put in the column.

WebPT’s terms

WebPT’s contract terms come from its published service agreement rather than from marketing copy. On renewal and on the notice needed to stop it:

will automatically renew for successive terms equal to the lesser of (a) the Initial Term or (b) one (1) year, unless either Party provides written notice of its desire not to renew the shorter of ninety (90) days or the length of the initial term
WebPT, www.webpt.com/legal/service-agreement, accessed September 21, 2026

WebPT does not publish how long its initial term is. Its service agreement sets that term in each customer's Order, a document WebPT does not publish. www.webpt.com/legal/service-agreement, September 21, 2026

On refunds, and on reducing what you have bought:

payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iii) quantities purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term
WebPT, www.webpt.com/legal/service-agreement, accessed September 21, 2026

On changing the price of an existing subscription:

WebPT may increase the Fees at its election by providing advance notice of such change
WebPT, www.webpt.com/legal/service-agreement, accessed September 21, 2026

On a Business Associate Agreement:

The Parties agree to execute and abide by the terms of the Business Associate Agreement Exhibit presented by WebPT
WebPT, www.webpt.com/legal/service-agreement, accessed September 21, 2026

On a free trial:

WebPT's pricing page does not list a free trial. www.webpt.com/pricing, September 21, 2026

Every call to action on WebPT's page for cash-based practices is to book a demo. www.webpt.com/products/cash-based-practices, September 21, 2026

LumiDesk vs WebPT: what each costs

LumiDesk is $550 per clinician seat prepaid for a year, or $55 per seat per month, which is $660 a seat over a year. Only clinicians take up a seat. The table is in years, as it is on every comparison page here. The WebPT row is the honest one: there is nothing published to put in it at any clinic size, by the month or by the year.

LumiDesk (Includes AI Scribe)$550 per clinician seat, prepaid for a year$550$1,100$1,650$2,750$4,950

Every figure is one year at that clinic size.

  • LumiDesk is shown prepaid for a year at $550 per clinician seat; paid by the month a year is $660 a seat.
  • No WebPT configuration is priced here, because WebPT publishes no price for any plan, in either of the billing bases it names.

Prices before tax, in US dollars, as published on September 21, 2026.

A WebPT quote may well come in under the LumiDesk figures at some sizes. There is no way to know that from anything WebPT publishes, and this page will not guess at it.

    Where WebPT is strong

WebPT has been building rehab therapy software for a long time, and a cash-based clinic looking at it should know what it would be giving up.

    When to choose WebPT instead

Some clinics should buy WebPT, and this is the honest list of them.

    When LumiDesk fits

LumiDesk is built for one clinic in particular: a physical therapy practice paid by its patients rather than by insurers, run by someone who wants the whole clinic on one platform.

If that is you, what you get is one published price per clinician seat with everything in it. No base fee, no quote call, and no feature held back for a higher plan, which means what a cash practice runs on is in the seat you are already paying for. Taking the card, the superbill, the notes and the scheduling are the seat, not the tier above it.

The scribe is part of that seat too, unlimited, with no opt-in fee and no note count. It is the one line of this comparison that cannot be drawn at all from WebPT's side, because WebPT publishes the product and not its price.

You can also see the price before you talk to anyone, which is the difference this page is really about. See the full pricing, or read how a cash-based clinic runs on LumiDesk.

    Looking for a WebPT alternative?

If you are shopping WebPT against something else, the first thing to settle is what you are comparing. WebPT’s number arrives after a demo and is set per provider per month or per visit, so the comparison is not two rate cards side by side. LumiDesk’s is $55 per clinician per month, published, with the front office free and nothing held back for a higher plan, and you can read it without booking anything.
